Returns
We are obliged to offer returns, However we try to minimize our carbon footprint, therefore we try to minimize unnecessary shipments. Please choose the right product sizing when ordering. This is best for everyone!

Returns will be categorised in 2 categories: Product defects, and Product returns. 

• Product defects. Please get in contact if anything if wrong with your order. We will try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Send an email to info@made-by-monkeys.com . We will inform you regarding next steps according to the situation.
• Product returns. When a customer orders products in the wrong size, or the customer has other personal reasons to return the product, we are happy to accept the products return. However, in this case the shipment cost must be made by the customer. The customer can pick any shipment company they choose. We do not offer free returns!
